"dont make me hurt you." the brute snarled.
"dont worry about me. worry about yourself." capt. deep said. "my reputation must not be very big over here."
"what reputation?" the brute asked.
"im the infamous captain deep of england, and you my friend are in my way. if you knew anything about me toud know that i take care of those who get in my way quite finely." and with that the fight began.
capt. deep swung at the brute who she discovered his name to be "thud" and thud would come back just as mean and strong.
capt. deep had made her way out into the streets and into an alley where a new crowd was forming around the violent pair. a gonshot resounded in the evening sky and the crowd backed away like scared dogs with their tails between their legs, and their eyes full of fear. capt. deep felt cold as she saw naval men marching towards her. however, they were not of the british navy, but instead the local navy, policemen. "whats going on here?" one of the three snarled.
thud walked up to them and said "there was a pirate i was taking care of for you, officer wilkings, sir"
"get out of here, thud, youre ruinging my view of the pirate." he walked up to capt. deep who was kneeling on the ground where she had had thud's neck collar. she took the steel point of his gun and tapped her chin with it. "so you were getting beaten up by a girl eh?"
the other officers laughed. "this is infamous captain deep." thud explained.
"ill bet you dont know what half of the words that just came out of your mouth mean." capt. deep sneered, jerking away from the pointed steel tounge mounted on the gun.
"now now there, steady girl." the officer said. "i know the perfect way to make you feel right at home here."
