She turned the wheel as hard as she could, but the ship just turned around to a side. Then Capt. Deep realized what was happening; they were caught in a whirlpool.
Will came out of Capt. Deep’s room, and he was complaining about being suddenly thrown from Capt. Deep’s bed. “What’s going on here? I was just tossed from bed.”
He looked up at the wheel and saw Capt. Deep struggling with the wheel. Everyone else was working hard to try and stand. Will looked out over the port side of the ship and saw they were stuck in a whirlpool. He looked around frantically and searched for an answer. His answer came when he heard a splash. He looked up at the wheel, and found Dojer and Charlie struggling with the wheel. He ran up to the two and asked them “Where’s Rina?”
Dojer pointed over the side of the ship and he could see her swimming towards the rocks.
