General Manager is a narcissistic "I know better than you do" type that thinks experience in a "Similar Job" to ours means he knows everything about our specific job an work environment. Ignoring or flat out saying our advice is not needed or worse listening but then changing everything after without telling us why.
Talking down to it seems anyone below his work position except leads or managers within our building. As if, to me it felt like he was saying "Why are you unhappy or mad? Dont we do all this an that for you an your benefit?"
