It's not short and does not sound all corny
It's to tell the person it's to that the person who wrote it thinks they're awesome
And to sound alive and real
Not fake and dead like a possum
You see, I can't stand it when people are doing all this
All you got to do is think of the magic
Think of the kiss
Think of the warm embrace and the feeling you get
When you're palms are all sweaty and they feel all wet

Cuz life is like a show, and we're waiting for the call of the curtains
