If you already have common sense, get outa here, this isn't for you.
The reason for the vast majority of my blocking is the following. Most of the time the person is just blatantly a troll spewing hate or spam. If you need me to explain further than that, get out.
Other than that reason, there is however, unfortunately some times where I need to block those that aren't quite unhinged themselves, but they're either supporting it or are turning a blind eye to it. I just can't with that. I've had this problem in the past on this site as well and it still happens. If you're passive to clear problems or worse, condone it, you're simply part of the problem and I don't care to have you in my presence.
Lastly, here's a small list of summed up reasons as to why so many ended up blocked by me.
- Condoning hate speech / spewing hate speech / conservative or "MAGA" supporters
- Drama instigating / liars
- Rude / disrespectful towards others
- Supporting problematic users / turning a blind eye / blindly believes anything
- Creepy to other users
- Harasses or stalks anyone
- Religious extremists
- Repeat trolls / spammers
- Abusive towards others / scamming / cheating
All that being said, I don't hate anyone that I block and I certainly don't obsess over them. I simply use my ability to remove myself from their presence and vice versa. I never condone any harassment and what others do is on them but when I block, it's not that deep. I don't care what you do, just leave me alone and I you.
