Well, here it goes. I will have the tektek, the character, and a character description and it goes in order of importance AS OF RIGHT NOW. I will update as new NPCs come, gain importance, or die...so please, report to this post frequently.

My all time favorite roleplay character, Austin is directly controlled by me. He is a teenage boy who recieves odd abilities working under his grandfather (a bird scientist). Austin is what drew me to gaia...actually, LoSI drew me to gaia, but I was drawn to gaia to roleplay Austin. EAGLE EYE

Louis Wilson
Louis is a pessimistic boy, whom I enjoy roleplaying, but hate as a person. He is my second directly controlled roleplay character. THE MASKED ILLUSIONIST
Dr. Oual
No doubt my most common and personally one of my favorite NPCs, Dr. Oual is Austin's grandfather, the slightly obsessive bird scientist. He created a potion for Austin, which gave his grandson bird-like abilites (some not-so-birdlike). He was an original character in my creation of Eagle Eye
Lucas Aires
Austin's father, Lucas, is a single parent. His wife died only recently really. He was never home much and he isn't the greatest of Dads. As a person though, he really is a great guy. He was also an original character in my creation of Eagle Eye.
Ellen __?__
She works at Delmor's local grocery store. She met Louis and finds him as quite the nusiance. No last name is known as of right now.
Hannah Thomas
Hannah is quiet, shy, and respectful. She was Collin Aires's girlfriend (more on him later). In fact, she still would be, had he not bravely given his life for her. She was one of the original females in Eagle Eye from the start.
Keanna Wilson
Keanna has a hard time dealing with Louis, as a single parent with a much less than perfect child. If she wasn't so stressed all the time, she may be a nicer person. She was supposed to be a bit larger and older looking, but gaia was too nice to allow for that.
Tammy Wilkins
She too, is supposed to look a bit older. She is in her early forties. Her name is Tammy Wilkins, and she is Lucas Aires's girlfriend. Nobody trusts her, except Lucas himself though. She was one of my original Eagle Eye characters.
Service in the Restricted Area at Stop&P
She was the one who stood in Louis's way and had a shot at ruining his plans...but couldn't...because Louis got lucky with his abilities.

He smokes and practically sleeps on the job, though. For all you criminals, he's not too hard to get by. I mean, Louis did it!
Military Area 42 Guard - Redhead
He is a bit too outgoing and slightly immature for his job, but damn, firing a gun next to a guy like him definitly makes the work day easier!
Military Area 42 Guard - African American
Easily the most serious of the three guards Austin met that day. He is pretty laid back off the job, but when there's a threat or he's on duty, well, I wouldn't want to be at the opposite end.
Military Area 42 Guard - German
He's always easy-going and relaxed. Well, it seems that way. He is the one with the least drama. He does what he has to in order to get through a day, but he wont be the one causing chaos for General Spanky (See LoSI guild for more information on him).
Nurse who guarenteed Austin's health
Don't worry, Austin was fine. The paramedics (more on them later) just wanted to whisk all survivors of the fire at the bank Lucas was president of away for a quick check-up. This nurse told Austin he was fine.
TWO JANITORS AT WHAM
I'm not going to tektek these, because they weren't actually my creation. Credit Ludo Monster for that. I just got permission to use them. Austin took the both of these men out of harm's way, along with any other coworker they may have had. Had any of them gotten into Stone's (Ludo Monster's character) way, nothing would have stopped him from shooting them down.

The creation that tips Louis off that he is in fact, gifted with a unique ability. This imaginary man is used as a distraction to sneak a certain something past the cashier.
Female Walking Dog
The wierdest part of this girl is the fact that she may not even be real. She was a figment of Louis's imagination, a distraction that he needed to come to life, and she came to life. Her purpose as a distraction however, failed, and she had vanished a second later. Could this have been one of Louis's adapting powers at work?
Paramedic who made Austin get checked out
Again, the bank fire incident. This paramedic was the one that made Austin get into an ambulence and go for a check up.
Anti-social man
Before the bank fire, Austin was on the grounds of the bank, squinting up, useing a vision sense to see a girl up on the roof whom he feared would jump (another roleplay charcter, but not mine. See the guild for her). This could-have-been heroic display ended when Austin tripped over this anti-social man walking two dogs.
Gothic Girl Walking at Snottsborn
Snottsborn Industries, a thirty story building located in Delmor. On the third floor, the bird sciences thrive. Austin works as a personal assistant to the man in charge, Doctor Oual. One day, as Austin left the building, he ran into a gothic girl in an unsuspected misunderstanding. This was that girl.
BOB ________
Bob. Bob's been trying to get at Lucas for years. He works directly underneath his commands. Bob is the one who covers Lucas's schedule and calls him in if he's needed. When Lucas is always torn away from his son so rudely, chances are that it's Bob on the other line.

Hannah was severly injured in the bank disaster. These two paramedics whisked her off and helped save her life...though Austin completed most of that job.
Oual's Escort at the C&J
This man brought Oual into the Commissioner's interragation (which was more of a negotiation) of Austin Aires.
Terra Sanders
Terra is Austin's girlfriend. She was meant to be more important, but that did not happen. AT THE TIME I WROTE THIS, she has only been mentioned. She was one of the original characters in Eagle Eye, though.
Dante Daniels
Austin's best friend, Dante, was also an original Eagle Eye character, meant to be a far larger part than he has been. AT THE TIME I WORTE THIS he has been mentioned only a few times in my roleplay. He hasn't had a line. Dante is a likeable, sarcastic kid most of the time, but he is a true friend. One Austin is so lucky to have that he doesn't even realize it.
THE DECEASED
Death is just a fact of life...in real life and my roleplay. These are the characters that have perished in the midst of my RPG as Austin Aires or Louis Wilson.
Collin Aires
Collin was Austin's cousin, a fairly main part of my RP. He was also Austin's idol. After his death, Austin felt as though the world couldd hardly get any worse, but he made the best of it...besides, Austin has no idea how much harder things will become. Collin was one of my original RP characters.
Military Man at Area 42
This man was kind enough to help out Austin over at the league's meeting place, Area 42. He is, obviously, in the military. His commanding officer is General Spanky, who is not, unfortunatly, one of my NPCs. You'll have to see the guild to check him out. This man died after Spanky had switched his loyalties, forcing his troops like this guy into battle with the league. Oh, one small factor...Auistin killed him accidently.
Delmor PD Cop
He evacuated Ellen and Louis from Stop&P, interragated Louis, and showed up at Louis's house to handle the situation with Drew Dubberbury (See more in LoSI). It was Louis that proved to be the end of him as well.
