Well, this is my first ever journal, I have never even kept one continually, not even as a child. Due to increasingly bad days and increased stress though, a friend of mine told me that it might help, so here it goes.
I despise special school programs and art in particular. I am in IB and had to do my art portfolio today. Last night Murphys law kicked in, what can go wrong will. Everything broke, couldn't print off the pictures I needed, ect. You know the kind of day. So after numerous fights with the parental units and everything else imaginable going wrong, I got my art done. However, with school, there is rarely only one subject of homework. Needless to say, I was up til 12:30 doing social and art. And I am still three days behind in math.

Does anyone know any good ways to relieve tension and massive stress?

Sorry to hear about your total chaos explosion. Happened to me too. Anyways, best way to relieve tension is to take it out on something, or get a massage. I prefer to latter. But for thoes of us who can't afford for a late-night masseuse, I suggest some breathing exercising and massive beat-down on a punching bag. I encourage you to wear gloves.
