Wouldn't it be cool if people had wings and gills? Transportation would be easy and no one would ever drown.
Wings on people are somewhat impractical. If you had wings growing out of your back then when you flew you would dangle beneath them. It would be very uncomfortable. It'd almost be better to have wings growing out of your butt. Now there's a thought.
Gills are all around practical. As long as we could still breathe above water. Though if we lived underwater completely that'd be pretty neat. Water takes up most of the earth's surface, after all. There could be freshwater and saltwater humans. Wouldn't it be awesome to fly through the water without having to worry about running out of air? Getting dehydrated would be impossible too.
