Working on a character design based on the more sadistic of my muses Fujitaki as well as Minstrel. That's right, Minstrel. You're now a character of my own creation. >D
Though her personality is based on both Fujitaki's and Minstrel's, I also want to add the element of the Major Arcana (Haha. Persona addict = me) into it. She's the equivalent of "The World" card of the Major Arcana, the ability to shift from one personality to another at will. Instead of making people feel more at ease with her presence, she increases their agitation by being even more unpredictable and ludicrous. In a way, I've given her both the reversed and corrupted World.
On top of that, she'll be based on the Alice in Alice in Wonderland, meaning she's blond and possibly schizophrenic.

Appearance
Blond-haired Alice stands at 5' 6". Her hair reaches down to her neck, and she, with her navy blue eyes, appears easy-going, even innocent. As long as she doesn't open her mouth, that illusion will never shatter, leaving most to believe her to be a girly-girl, constantly wearing pink headbands and donning modest dresses of white and pink. Her hands are slightly calloused from the rigors of drawing and handwriting, but her fingernails are noticeably immaculate from her cleaning daily.
Example: "Dirty fingernails get awfully distracting while I'm drawing; it's like a comedian using his verbal emotion-altering waves before noticing that he has a piece of spinach between his molars."
Personality
When Alice does open her mouth, most people feel confusion, awe, and then fear. The girl constantly drifts between the borderline between insane and psychotic and may say things involving imaginary objects or a rather weird and icky scenario that would bother most people. Her whimsical nature makes most people believe that she does not care about anything or anyone which is far from the truth. She is loyal to some degree to those who are loyal back to her. Her loyalty is probably the strongest trait out of her rather tumultuous personality..which is not saying much really since she's ninety-nine percent off her rocker.
Her ability to defuse situations actually stem from her ability to make highly varigated yet painful threats which, most people around her believe, she would carry out. She lacks the thought processes to care about manners in terms of talking and extracurricular activites, though she does have good table manners and constantly follows etiquette in terms of movement.
General Biography
Alice was raised by both his grandmother and father, her mother having died in childbirth. Her father is constantly working in an executive position, but he usually stops by every week to visit his daughter. Her odd behavior stems from the fact that

Why did that boy run away from her so fast? He turned into an interesting shade of white, green, screamed 'For the Love of!', vomitted on the now annoyed person right next to him, and then ran off as fast as he could with the annoyed person in tow. How odd.
Alice Walker, in her unstained white and pink dress, continued sitting calmly in the auditorium, mildly confused about this small incident. Did he not like her drawing? She personally didn't think it was that bad to merit the upheaval of foods past; she was drawing for years and managed to win some sort of realistic drawing medal that now adorned her shoulder-bag. Blue eyes stared at the podium before she tapped the thin pen onto her lips as she looked over the drawing once more.
It didn't look like anything was wrong. Everything was well-proportioned, and she made sure that she analyzed the perspectives correctly. The red-headed boy that ran away from her was, in her opinion, drawn well, and she couldn't find any actual flaws with it. Maybe the boy didn't like the old man he paired her up with. She turned her head over to the rather old, flabby teacher who was trying to get order in the auditorium. The old man seemed nice enough, trying to help everyone get to their proper places. He even had a genial smile on his face kinda like that man in the red suit who lured children with the promise of presents before his minions burned the child's eyes with a flash of light that the man was immune too.
There was definitely nothing wrong with what she drew. She even took the time to draw them both in their natural splendor right next to each other too. She couldn't find anything wrong with her drawing so far. Oh, and she made them doing an act that her grandmother explained using some birds and bees, but that was natural too. Natural was good according to the many sheep and hasasafrases and her grandmum. She stared at the flabby old guy and redheaded boy in her drawing. Oh! Maybe the boy couldn't bend that far in that direction, and he's thinking about the possible pain that he could receive. Alice placed the thin pen onto her headband before saying rather loudly to herself, "Maybe I should draw a position that doesn't require so much flexibility," before shrugging her shoulders and closing her sketchbook.

And this is my past records... Alice is currently being taken care by her grandmother since her father abandoned them, and his mother is some high-powered executive who constantly sends her love when she comes back home. Her grandmother also happens to be a psychiatrist and is also quite aware of Alice's schizophrenia being a symptom of Alice's ability, implanting people into the illusion that she herself is trapped in. This point was further driven home when she received the letter and sent her daughter to the school in the hopes of curing her affliction.

Biography:// Her mother was a squib while her grandmother was a Seer. Sadly, something went obviously wrong because Alice ended up being produced without any sort of debilitating traumatic experience. Her mother and grandmother continued loving her despite her father leaving when he noticed the rather strange things happening around him while Alice continued on going to normal Muggle school until she recieved her letter.
A good thing too since she recently was expelled from her Muggle school being advised to see a psychiatrist after commenting about how she was going to poke some kid's eyes out with her pen if he attempted to steal her sketchbook one more time. After her first year, her grandmother was quite disturbed to discover that her granddaughter had a crush on Albus Dumbledore, but she hoped in time that she would discard it. She hadn't.
