Random Ramblings of a Bean (part 12)
0. Letting go of a dead relationship is kind of like having a scab. You know you should just leave things be and let them heal, but if one bit gets loose you can't help but want to pull off the rest and leave the raw, open wound.

1. If real life in Japan were like it is in the Hentai manga/anime the population would not be in decline. Use of condoms is seriously lacking. And fornication is distinctly not lacking. Maybe it's impotency.

2. I have a slightly skewed view on death. I don't really care what happens after we die, though, I suspect some of us rot and turn into worm food or something like that. I'm kind of looking forward to death. I'm not suicidal or anything ~ I'm just not really attached to life either. It's a sort of neutral apathy. I really don't care. I want to know what it's like, but, as a general rule, one can only die once. So, I kind of have to wait. Honestly, I'm more scared of my loved ones dying than my own death.

3. About the first comic in the last entry (told you they'd be important) ~ I'm kind of like that girl. Actually, I think a lot of people are. We have the tendency to obsess over things that will only cause us pain, rather than moving on. It's easier to stay still than to move on. The comic really made me sad. Is not comic.

4. About the second comic ~ This is a pretty philosophical comic. I'll bet half of my butt that you didn't read the whole thing carefully (message me if you want to claim the prize). It's kind of like the court jester from olden times ~ it points out a serious bit with enough humor that we can laugh it off well enough. But it's true, a lot of people sit in front of the computer day after day instead of doing something with themselves (this includes me). Though, there are people who have the talent and charisma to change the world from their seat at the computer. Think about that.

5. What do you see when you think about death? Do you see the traditional grim reaper or something else? When I think about death, I see my dead grandmother as I saw her last ~ lying stiff on her pillow in the nursing home. I also see a void. Not light, just blank, white space.
