Random Ramblings of a Bean (part 15)
0. Sometimes I wonder whether the Random Ramblings are particularly popular... or if they just have one dedicated revisitor. Hard to know, right? Cause most of the time you bums don't leave a comment. Even though I tell you to. In fact, only one person to date has ever left a comment on my journal. Shows how much you people listen to the asian, huh? Shame on you. Nah, I really don't care that much. Appreciate the views, though.

1. About half an hour ago, I drank some tea. I put one of those little cups of sweetened artificial creamer in. The creamer promptly turned into what looked and tasted like tofu. Left a nice vanilla flavor in the tea, though.

2. As you may or may not know, I collect dreams. It's not quite as mystical as that sounds, though ~ basically, I just write down the dreams I have in as much detail as I can if I consider them important enough. I then keep them in my Memory Archives along with the life memories I have recorded. It's kind of part of an ongoing project of mine to record the me that exists today so that the me of tomorrow can see.

3. Once again I have a boyfriend. Actually, we tried going out a few months ago, but the thing didn't last more than a few days. I'm pretty optimistic about this time, though. Last time, I had just broken up with another dude, who'd I'd been going out with for the last year and I was pretty messed up. So, now that I'm a bit saner, I have hopes for the future. Kinda. It's another long distance relationship. Those bastards are tough (the long-dist stuff). But he might be able to visit for Christmas break, so that should be super special awesome. We're working on it, anyway.

4. If you've read some of my recent entries, you might know that I sell black market candy at school. Well, I recently acquired 12 glitter and water filled bouncy balls and have started selling those, too. They're more popular than you'd expect, actually. And really pretty. There's just something so satisfying about giving someone something for $3 and seeing how happy they are playing with it. One of my friends said I was "selling happiness for $3"

5. I've been looking at colleges. So far, I think I'll probably end up going to the Art Institute (not telling you where). I'm kind of deciding between being a chef, photographer or web designer. I really would like to be a photographer, I'm pretty good at taking pictures, but I think it's better left as a hobby than a profession. I'm good at cooking and I enjoy it, so I'll probably go with that ~ it'll be a while before robots can make the perfect steak and present it beautifully. I have a friend who calls me a "kitchen nazi". Web design seems like a pretty good choice, and I like organizing stuff, but I don't know that I'd like to do it for a full-time job. I suppose one is freelance, one makes one's own hours.

6. I have a habit of posing something as a throw away comment or a joke when it really is much more serious and important to me. It's a bad habit. I think a lot of people do it, though. Also, if you ask me what's wrong and I say "I'm just tired" usually it's a lie, but that's neither here nor there.

7. There's sort of a difference between video game airships and stoves in the arctic. Just a small one.
