Memento Mori
Remember you are mortal, remember you will die.
Battle Scene? o.O
[[OoC: This will likely not be in the story, but I still want to get some practice in depicting battle scenes.]]

Young eyes turned cold at the two bodyguards, each dressed in white...the main symbol of the Factor police forces. The raven-haired one carried two sets of revolvers on him while carrying a sword which Mura would never be able to carry while the bandana-wearing one had a thin katana, one shotgun, and a revolver.

He had the upper hand in this battle. He was likely more experienced and more skilled than the two who were starting to become nervous from his own bloodlust. Without drawing his sword, he had won.

The brunette, sitting on the granite throne who had no idea what was happening in this silence, broke the tension, yelling to his bodyguards, "What am I paying for you? Kill them both!"

Immediately, swords were drawn with the two guards moving straight for him, defending their meal ticket. As soon as they entered Mura's own striking distance, the bandana-wearing one stepped back, firing bullets into his form. Mura gripped the handle of the sword, deflecting most of the bullets off to the side while avoiding the rest. However, the raven-haired guard came down at him with his broadsword, yet Mura moved into the swipe.

His own hand moved into the pockets of the guard, taking out the guard's revolver, positioning it, and firing it into the chest of the man. The guard stood still in shock, hands holding the sword embeded deep within the ground before falling down to the cold floor.

Mura needed not to see him fall as he head off to the next person. The guard, not paying attention to his comrade, immediately drew his blade, moving it into Mura's simple horizontal swipe. A clang resonated, but not heard by either of them as each immediately stepped back.

Mura, on one side, positioned the sword in front of his face, the end of the blade tilting towards the opponent while the other took the same. Both fluidly grasped their weapons, a shotgun for the bandana and Mura a revolver. Both had shot, but neither had fallen. Rather...another man who was already lying down would not get back up again.

Blood pooled from the granite throne and the bodyguard turned around to look. The man's last sight and he too fell to the ground.

Looking towards the person who had fallen early, still bleeding on the wall, an expression of worry filled the one who had killed the majority of people in the room. A hand moved to lift the torso of the man while another hand steadied the weight that was threatening to overbear him. The sound of sirens and horns yelled through the streets.

He had to escape to the catacombs below the city again. In there, he would be able to lose them completely. Carrying another one on his back, Mura moved down the building, running away once again.

To be cont...
