So today I went to the mall with a friend of mine because he wanted to try out a bit of the whole "new style" and low and behold I found clothing at what I considered over priced bullshit. Okay can someone seriously tell me why it is important to spend $60+ dollars on ONE pair of jeans. Or why a t-shirt should ever cost $40 why the hell are you people buying this crap. I will tell you how much I spent on my outfit...
$10 for the shirt
$20 ish for pants
$24 for a 4 pack of underwear
$24 for a bunch of socks
$20 for shoes.
Total out to about roughly $98 now let's compare that to the stylish look...
$69 for pants
$40 for a shirt
$15 for ONE pair of underwear
$24 for a bunch of socks if not more I didn't check on socks..
$40 on SHOES
that totals to about... $188 look at the price difference about double.. oh and I was being lenient on some of those prices because god forbid someone not spend $80 on their shoes...
Seriously what the hell is up with this economy, can someone tell me why that costs so friggen much? I mean honestly are you people so droned out that you'll buy anything that's cool for a ridiculous price. OH and don't get me started on the price of sunglasses. What the crap is up with that.. I'll use my $1 sunglasses thankyou very much. Because that way when they break or I lose them. No big deal, make fun of me for looking different but god at least I'm saving money.
