We walked back to the campsite, side by side, and Jade gave a quick smile at us before returning to her duties. I glanced at him, "You recovered well, but I bet you're out of practice on the battlefield."
He smirked, "No way. I'll spar you right over there and kick your butt like I always do."
I laughed and sprinted over to the field, "Not while I'm a wolf!"
He followed, "Hey, take it easy on me, I just 'recovered'."
I tackled him and pinned his wrists down to the ground, he flung me off as easily as he always had. Our sparring continued for the better part of three hours and finally, exhausted we both laid down in the field and tried to recover our strength, and for me, my breath.
Jasper sat up and looked down at me, "Where did you go.... even after that bath you smell faintly of wolf."
I explained everything to him, how Darren was going to, along with the help of the Wolf Council, try and unite the lasting clans to fight with us against the rogue packs. He nodded, "And you're having Jade bring this up to the Vampire Council?"
I nodded and sat up, "But I'm going to be with her, and I would like your support as well as Darius'." He said, "You have my support, and I'm sure Darius' too, it's just convincing all the other vampires to believe it to, we weren't meant to be governed too much by the Council. Vampires are fairly individualistic, and just because you get the support of the Council doesn't mean you'll get the support of all the vampires."
"I know... I have to try. All werewolves aren't bad."
He touched my face with his fingertips, "I know that..."
I smiled and kissed him gently, we fell into the grass as he kissed me back and no one saw us until the next morning..

Jade's POV:
What Sakir had brought up to me at the river I brought up to Kourne and Triugen near morning. After fighting a bit with Kourne, we agreed to accept whichever counciled werewolf clan decided to join us. Triugen was for it from the start, he wanted more forces to fight the everyday expanding army of the rebel wolves, and a look at the werewolves would also help with effectively fighting the wolves.
After the brief meeting I went off to find Sakir and Jasper, and found them dressing behind some trees. I smirked, speaking past the trees to them, "I'm glad the reunion went well!! ow!" I laughed and continued, "The deal has been set, the Council will accept the aid of any wolf clan that decides to join us in a fight against the rebels."
Sakir rejoiced as she came out from between the trees, Jasper followed behind, a smile on his face. Then I gave them the bad news, "However, we will have to split up again. The Council and I will be moving out to the front lines and stopping at the various training camps along the way to gather forces. It's looking like the rebel wolves are pulling out all their resources for a major attack to the city where the Council permanently resides, the vampire capital of sorts."
Sakir furrowed her eyebrows, "Where will Jasper and I go?"
I continued, "You and Jasper will go straight to the city, two weeks ahead of us, we will meet you there with all gathered forces. I suggest that on the way to the capital you find Darren and notify him on where to go with his gathered forces."
She nodded and Jasper stepped behind her, putting his hands on her shoulders. I left them to pack and went to find Darius. He wasn't far from the campsite, gathering a strange purple plant's stems. I snuck up behind him and wrapped my arms around his middle. He stood up and tucked away the stems, turning to face me. A smile crossed his face, a very wicked smile. I felt my toes tingle with anticipation as he leaned down and bit down on my neck gently. I kissed him roughly and we stumbled into the forest, our clothes flying in every direction. He laid me down in the softest grass and the smell of herbs wafted off of him in the most pleasing way. His long white hair spilled down and mixed with my long golden hair. His lips weren't patient and neither were mine. He pleased me in ways I couldn't even describe and I tried to muffle my cries of ecstasy. Nobody saw us for the rest of the afternoon.
