8. Christmas Party Part 1
Sasuke: YEEEEEP!!!
Sasuke jumped up, the sunlight coming in through his windows. He felt his hair and clutched his heart. It was beating at an irregular rate.
Sasuke: Whew, just a scary dream where the I like tries to kill me. My hair is still on my head (thank god), and I’m still alive.
There was a knocking at the door.
Vanessa: Hey, idiot. It’s time to go to the party. Hurry up and get ready.
Sasuke looked towards the door. He shivered at the thought of Vanessa trying to kill him.
Sasuke: Okay! I’m up! I’ll go down there as soon as I’m done getting ready!
Vanessa: Good. I’m going without you.
Sasuke got out of bed and changed into clean clothes.
Sasuke: I don’t think I want to hang out around her anymore. What if that’s how she really is on the inside? No, that can’t be. She has such a cute and face.
Sasuke went to the party hall. There were lots to do.
Sakura: Hey Ino, How did you get here so fast?
Ino: I just do.
Sakura: How did the mission go?
Ino: What mission?
Sakura: You know the mission that you take to get up here? The guys ask the they like the most to come with them.
Ino: We didn’t do any mission.
Sakura: WHAT!?! Excuse me for a minute, I have to talk to my sensei…
Ino: Okay?
Naruto: Oi, Fuzzybrows! You got here kinda fast don’t you think?
Lee: *sarcastically* Yeah, I did didn’t I. What does he expect? I’m a taijutsu user!
Naruto: You must’ve had ran all the way!
Neji: What are you talking about? We didn’t run.
Naruto: You guys walked? But, how did you get through the mission?
Lee: What mission?
Naruto: YOU DIDN’T HAVE TO DO A MISSION?!? KAKASHI-SENSEI!?! WHERE ARE YOU!!!
Naruto and Sakura searched for Kakashi. They found him sitting at a bar table reading.
Naruto and Sakura: KAKASHI-SENSEI!!!
Kakashi: Eh? What is it?
Sakura: Did we really have to do that mission!?!
Naruto: Everybody else said that they didn’t do a mission to get up here!!!!
Kakashi: …Oh, my bad. After I sent you guys off I received a letter saying that the mission was irrelevant. And because it was cold and no one wanted to walk upstream.
Sakura: I-irrelevant?
Naruto: WHY DIDN’T YOU JUST STOP US!!!!
Kakashi: I didn’t feel like it.
Naruto and Sakura: YOU DIDN’T FEEL LIKE IT!!?!?! stressed
Sakura: There must have been some reason as to why they assigned the mission in the first place!
Kakashi: Actually, I set up the mission myself.
Naruto: But why?
Kakashi: I wanted to see who Sasuke liked.
Naruto: Oh. Wait, what?
Sasuke entered through the double doors. Somehow, Sakura noticed. She probably has his scent memorized.
Sakura: SASUKE-KUN!!!!!! OVER HERE!!!!
Sasuke: Huh? Oh, hey Vanessa! I need to talk to you!
Sakura: S-Sasuke-kun? Wait a second. *gasp* SASUKE-KUN LIKES HER!?!?
Sasuke ran past Sakura and bounced next to Vanessa.
Sasuke: Hey, Vanessa. Did you or did you not take a shower last night?
Vanessa: I…took one this morning? Why do you care about my personal hygiene?
Sasuke: Okay, thanks!
Vanessa: confused
Sasuke runs away quickly.
Vanessa: That’s right. You better run away.
Sasuke: Omg, I can’t believe I actually went up to her after such a dream. She seems like a nice person. Why did I dream about her like that? Okay, time to go back to being an angst person!
Sakura: SASUKE-KUN!!!!!!!
Sasuke: What do you want?
Sakura: Who is she Sasuke-kun?
Sasuke: Who, her? She’s just someone I chose to come along. Tch! It’s not like I like her or anything.
Sakura: Oh, okay.
She gave Vanessa and evil glare and walked towards her.
Sakura: You better keep your distance from MY Sasuke-kun.
Vanessa: Tell him to keep his distance from me.
Sakura: Ha! It’s not like you have any chance with Sasuke-kun. I mean, I’ve known him since I was six!
Sakura left Vanessa and caught up with Sasuke. She grabbed his arm and dragged him towards the windows.
Vanessa: Seriously? I’ve known him since I was five.
