With the slumberous seconds,
that pass away at the waterfall's edge,
each breath taken by the tadpoles at the bottom of the lake,
another minute of wasted jewls.
The glorified green moss, clumped near the tree bark's end,
the resting place of many bacterial friends.
Each dripping moment that is not catagorized as "fun",
another day, another problem, another grape fruit vine.
The laughter made by the woodpecker's beak,
my heart filled with sorrow as the whisper's speak.
Drop dead, unseen, unheard,
broken like the sightless word.
I did as they told me, slaving over their every cell,
I know this sounds like the mythical Hell.
Buzzing orchrids, with the smell of fresh defeat,
not a single soul, not a single word, is there to repeat.
Darkness awakens me, the dawn I am asleep,
resting upon the meadow's bloody creek.
Unknown to the great ones, unseen to the poor,
Tell me, does heart break have a cure?
