The team of four approached the web infested cave slowly. "The trail goes in there..." Gale nodded. "Wait...." Zane dropped from the top of the cave still wearing his cloak. "Who are you...." Zane shook his head. "I'll accompany you inside." Gale sighed and walked inside the cave. Bodies lay scattered on the floor. "He... he killed them..." Gale growled. "b*****d...." Gale withdrew his Demon Swords from their sheathes and walked on. "Im gonna feel sorry for this thing if Gale releases his aura...." Ellie sighed and ran to catch up to Gale. The reached the back of the cave and the end of the trail. Gale saw a pool of blood and heavy breathing. The others caught up and saw the Demon as it became visible. "Dirty humans.... I've already killed what you came to save... I've eaten their souls. Even if you kill me now, you can never bring them back." Gale laughed. "Die...." He shot under the spider and cut one row of legs in half. The Demon fell down and began to bleed even more. Gale's eyes were giving a faint glow. He jumped above the Demons head and rammed both swords into its skull as he came down. Zane sighed as he watched the glow fade. "I must leave now.... Ellie... take care of him.." Ellie nodded and Zane ran out of the cave. Gale sheathed his swords and ran after him. "STOP!" Zane sighed and jumped off into the forest. Gale stopped at the caves entrance and sighed. He shook his head and went back for the Demon's legs. He picked one of them up and dragged it back into town. Gale sat outside the house as the sun began to rise and the people began to emerge from their homes. They saw the blood stained road and the giant leg with Gale propped up against it. "Is it over?" Gale sighed and nodded.
